If I am your buyer’s agent, I work for you and your interests. I help you get pre-approved the right way, search on- and off-market, and tell you when a house is a bad buy, if necessary. I have talked clients out of homes they liked. Most realtors agree to make a deal; I’d rather make a good deal I know, with clarity, won’t harm my clients in the long term.
- I primarily work in Staten Island and Brooklyn. I handle single-family houses, two-family homes, mixed-use properties, and the occasional condo or co-op when a client asks. I am very knowledgeable about residential real estate, including foreclosures, short sales, mediation, property management, and commercial real estate.

Strong working relationships are essential when presenting offers and closing deals. Having worked with so many agents, appraisers, lenders, etc., I know how to handle any curveballs that come our way. My team of professionals, including lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and more, is highly respected and does the right thing for my clients.
